Easy Returns with Tilted Lotus:
14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, ensure your item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Accepted Return Process: Upon acceptance, you'll receive a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior return authorization won't be accepted.

Addressing Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 3 days of delivery if you encounter defects, damages, or incorrect items. We're here to promptly assess and rectify the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that custom orders, preorders, sale items, gift cards, and international orders are non-returnable/refundable.
Exchanges Made Simple:
For exchanges, the quickest route is to first return the item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Refund Process:
- Return Review: We'll inform you once we've received and inspected your return.
- Refund Decision: Upon assessment, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- Automatic Refund: If approved, expect an automatic refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
